Cancellation Policy

1. Billing: Tuition is billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected subscription plan. 2. No Refunds: Tuition and fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including absences, withdrawals, or unused lessons. 3. Attendance & Scheduling: Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons. Lesson times are reserved exclusively for the enrolled student. 4. Illness Policy: Students who are ill should not attend in-person lessons. Illness-related cancellations qualify for the make-up policy only when proper notice (minimum 24 hours) is provided. Chronic or repeated illness-related absences do not guarantee additional make-ups or credits. 5. Make-Up Lesson Policy: As a professional courtesy, one make-up lesson per subscription term may be granted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Make-up lessons are subject to faculty availability and must be completed within the same subscription term. No make-ups are provided for missed lessons without proper notice or for repeated cancellations. 6. Faculty Absence: In the event of instructor cancellation, a make-up lesson or substitute instructor will be provided. 7. Policy Changes: The conservatory reserves the right to amend tuition, scheduling, and policies with notice for future billing periods. 8. Enrollment Use: Subscriptions are non-transferable and valid only for the enrolled student.
